If you submitted a ticket without creating an account with our Zendesk support center, you can still check on the status of your ticket.
1. Go to https://freeappslots.zendesk.com/home.
2. Click on Check Your Existing Requests at the top of the page.
3. Click on Get a password under the No Password? heading.
4. Enter your e-mail address in the text box and click the Submit button.
You will receive a password shortly at the e-mail address that you supplied that will allow you to sign into our support center and view the status of your ticket.
Please note that you must supply the e-mail address from which you sent the original support request.

You can submit and view the status of your ticket through our Zendesk support system, which can be accessed at https://freeappslots.zendesk.com/home. We strongly recommend adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your e-mail address book so that our support team's responses through Zendesk do not get filtered into your junk/spam folder.
Please note that our support team is available Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Pacific Time (12:00PM to 8:00PM Eastern Time). Support requests submitted after 5:00PM Pacific Time on Friday or anytime on Saturday or Sunday will receive a response on the following Monday. You should receive a response within 24 to 48 hours of your support request submission.
We recommend creating an account with our Zendesk system so that you can create and track your support request. To create an account, go to the link above. Click on the Check Your Existing Requests link at the top of the page. Under the heading New to Gericko LLC, click on the Sign up to submit and track your requests online link. You will be directed to a form to create your account. Once you have completed the form, click on the Sign me up! link.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after you sign up. There is a link in this e-mail containing the final steps to creating your account. Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to log in and create support tickets.
Create a Ticket
After you have completed the steps outlined above, you can log into your account and easily place support tickets for FreeAppSlots. At the top of our Zendesk home page, click on the Submit A Request link. You will be asked for a description of the issue that you are having. Please provide your referral code as well to help expedite the process. Once you have provided all of your information, press the Submit button.
You should receive an automatic response within a few minutes with further information. Please review this e-mail throughly to determine if we need any more information from you regarding your issue.
Track a Ticket
After you have created a Zendesk user account, you will be able to track the status of the tickets that you have placed through this account. From our Zendesk home page, click on the Check Your Existing Requests link at the top of the page. You will see all of the support requests that you have submitted. Select your support ticket to view any updates from the FreeAppSlots support team.
